Organization Overview
HISTORY
FXA Sports was founded in 2007 with the mission to provide the best adult sports experience in Northern Virginia. Since then, we have grown to 18 sports, playing 7 days a week, and providing an active home for over 85,000 players! Our community of players has made us one of the largest leagues in the United States, and is a great place to find competition, friends and fun!
MISSION STATEMENT
To provide the leading community for active adults by creating memorable sport and social experiences.
CORE VALUES:
Play for each other. We are proud to play on a team together, and to support others that do. Our team holds each other accountable to our mission, our values and our players.
Stay fair. Integrity and honesty are at the heart of sports; our team will embrace those principles, and work to foster them throughout our sports community, while working to be as transparent as possible with our players.
Step up to the plate. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional sports and social experiences. We will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Swing for the fence. Adapting and innovating are central to who we are; we empower each team member to find and implement better ways to serve our players.
