Austin SSC & "Share the Points"

All of our companies use credit cards with rewards for spending, however what do we do with all the points?  Since we use Hilton, Southwest and AmEx Plat cards, we wanted our employees to be the beneficiary of those rewards.

"Share the Points" Program

At an employee's five year anniversary, they are gifted a pair of tickets at any regular season professional sporting game of choice, plus two nights in a hotel.

At an employee's 10 year, they receive a trip for two anywhere in the world that Southwest flies, and seven nights hotel accommodations.

*Of the two employees that hit 10 years thus far, one went to Mexico and one to Hawaii.
