Sal and the Six EOS Collaboration

The first EOS cohort attracted 7 clubs seeking to enhance efficiency in operations by implementing EOS tools.  The cohort group met 6x with a professional implementer over the course of 5 months.  The cohort group met an additional 5x to discuss adapting learned EOS principles to industry specific issues.  Clubs that completed the EOS training received a certificate of recognition from the SSIA.  Club's SSIA membership allowed for these training courses to be done at an affordable level and created cohesion between SSIA members.  To make this idea a reality, Sal enlisted an implementer, recruited SSIA clubs,and organized cohort meetings.
