General Arrivals & Transfers from airport to Group Lobby of Hard Rock

12:00-3:00pm: 

Head to the Sax Pool to meet up with other SSIA arrivals and a beverage. Or feel free to spend your first day at the beach or schedule an outing offsite through the hotel. They can arrange jungle tours, ATV rides, fishing, golf, and more. 

4:00-6:00pm: Executive Committee Meeting 

6:00-9:00pm: Welcome Reception on the Eclipse Terrace

Join us on the beautiful terrace just off the main lobby for the Welcome Reception! Attendees will unite with their Team Challenge teams to compete in fun & games that will take promote teamwork and networking…plus earn valuable points for your team.

Between rounds, grab some food and a drink (provided). 

9:00-??: Grab some dinner or continue to socialize & network in the Moon Lounge

7:00-9:00am: A light breakfast will be available - Avalon Lobby

8:00-9:00am: Attendee Registration - Avalon Lobby

Get changed into your team gear and swimsuit and head to the beach for year’s Team Challenge. Events are presented by Volo & Sportslink, but are sure to be fun filled and challenging. Plenty of water and alcoholic beverages will be available..

5:30-7:00pm: Grab a beverage from the beach and hit the Toro Pool to refresh after the challenge.

8:00-10:00pm: Private Sponsor Dinners / Dinner On Your Own

If you are not attending a private sponsor dinner, connect with other attendees and grab dinner at one the resorts fine restaurants. Zen Teppanyaki and Toro Steakhouse require reservations. Or hit one of the great quick bite establishments on the main marketplace at Hard Rock.

10:00p-??: After Party at the Bowling Bar

Just off the main lobby, grab a drink and socialize with friends old and new. Or try your hand at duck pin bowling!
